Dying Light 2 Stay Human - Modern Shopfront Set

A player can encounter these modern shopfronts in the Central Loop district in Villedor.
For the frames and metal parts I used trims to reduce textures size. Additional leaks and discoloration were achieved by multiplying second, smaller albedo texture on 2nd UV channel.
